Isshin Kurosaki, who provides the muscle for the Syndicate, is doing his famed 'Karate Kid' pose while Professor Oak, who acts as the sage voice of reason within the group, does his best Team Rocket imitation.

Shera, being the brilliant genius that she is, is the criminal mastermind behind the Labcoat Syndicate's operation of materia laundering, underground Pokemon cage fights and discounted black market organs and body parts. She's actually the most violent of the trio; her preferred weapon is an oversized spanner.

The Syndicate is noted for executing their operations in their socks.
